As the founder of Legacy Leadership Coaching, Ben brings decades of experience leading teams, developing people, improving operations, building systems, and helping organizations navigate growth and change. His career includes leadership and consulting roles across operations, technology, managed services, and business consulting, including work with FedEx, McLane Intel, Technology Xperts, IT Voice and Eureka Process.
That experience shapes Ben's coaching. His approach is practical, relational, and accountable, combining proven leadership principles with the day-to-day realities of running a business, leading a team, and carrying the weight of responsibility.
