Legacy Leadership Coaching

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, coaching services, and related communications provided by Legacy Leadership Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services

We provide leadership and executive coaching and related services, which may include one-on-one coaching, strategic leadership support, workshops and retreats, and keynote or speaking engagements (collectively, the “Services”). The specific scope, format, and deliverables of any engagement will be described in a separate agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation.

2. No Professional Advice; No Guarantee of Results

Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice. Our Services are intended for leadership and professional development purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

No guaranteed outcomes. Coaching results depend on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances, and decisions. We do not warrant or guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal result from participation in our Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Scheduling, Consultations & Bookings

When you book a consultation, discovery call, or coaching session, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend at the scheduled time. We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Specific scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling policies for ongoing engagements will be set out in your engagement agreement.

5. Fees, Payment & Refunds

Fees for coaching engagements, workshops, retreats, and speaking services will be communicated to you before the engagement begins and set out in the applicable agreement, proposal, or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due as invoiced, and payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in your engagement agreement or as required by law.

Reviewer note: adjust Section 5 to match how you actually bill (deposits, package pricing, cancellation windows, refund terms). If you do not take online payments, you may simplify this section.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us, which may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, service notifications, and — where you have opted in — marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to participate honestly and actively, to provide accurate information, and to take responsibility for your own decisions and actions. You acknowledge that you retain full responsibility for the choices you make and their outcomes, both during and after any engagement with us.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information shared during coaching engagements as confidential and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide the Services, with your consent, or as required by law. Please note that coaching does not carry the same legal privilege as communications with an attorney, physician, or licensed therapist.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, workbooks, and resources we provide, as well as the content on legacyleadershipcoach.com, are the property of Legacy Leadership Coaching or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials we provide for your own internal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Leadership Coaching, and its owner, employees, and contractors, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Leadership Coaching and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services, or decline to provide Services, at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
